I am a Wife, Mother, Grandmother and was an avid hunter and target shooter.  I like to eat deer meat and buffalo but have never hunted large game, mostly birds such as doves and ducks.  I have not hunted for a long time but would like to help some family member with  shooting and want to do some myself.

You're in the right place, Sundaygal.  You won't find a better or more knowledgeable bunch of folks anywhere else on the internet (and I'm not biased at all  wink ).

Great to meet you, Shane!  You may be the first MHS member we have from NC!  We have a number of Kansas folks here, so if you get an opportunity to get out this way, there may be some guys here that could show you around. wink

Probably east of most of us.....I've been in the Blue Ridge mountains and think I could live there.....my daughter flies in and out of Charlotte a lot...in fact she was in the Charlotte airport when the US Air plane bound for Charlotte landed in the Hudson River.....

Like to say hello to the folks on the forum. My name is Dave and I am located currently in southwest Alaska, but am moving to northeastern South Dakota within the next couple of weeks (job related move).

Nice forum you folks have here and am looking forward to chatting with you  smile
