Took my 8 year old son Saturday for a walk in the woods.  We spent a couple of hours just looking.  We walked a creek looking for arrowheads with no luck and scanned the area for sheds.   My son has never found a shed yet.  We walked a while and I found half an eight point.  Maybe 110" deer on the hoove.  Then I told him to listen and he could hear the turkey calling on top the hill.  So we sneak up with him in the lead.  We get within I think 100 yards or so and I call.  Then you could feel and hear the drumming.  Two Toms come over the rise about 35 yards away.  Dad do you see them, look!!!!  Yeah they see us too.  They don't spook totally but ease away from us.  A little later on the way out I spot a shed to the right.  I ask him to move to my right and walk beside me for a while to cover more ground. wink wink  He screams out Dad look what I found.  Half of a 10 point and pretty decent.  Fun day with my son.
Will post pics when I get my personal computer figured out as it will not let me log into this site because of a cookie setting.  Don't know whats up as nothing has changed on my puter.

One to get your blood boiling

Have another one too that scores about 90" or so for one side.  The one above goes a little over the 100" mark
Not too bad
