I have been watching the weather for Berens River, Manitoba for a week now...and yes, it is cold and rainy most days (with some snow and warm sunshine mixed in.)

I will be geared up for the cold-

No, its more like its racing ahead, I am busy making last minute changes, ect. I am thinking Chris that I will send u pictures from the trip along the way.

Hopefully you will be good enough to start a read-only thread as a teaser until I can get back and do a proper write up...

BOY OH BOY....I wish I could tell you how excited I am for  TK and Shawn on their bear hunt and fishing trip....but the best  of it all is they get to meet Kelly and his sweetie......

It would appear that we will NOT get to meet Kelly  mad 

He is guiding near his home and can't make our hunt.

We are being outfitted by Mr Duncan Ross (I don't know if they are related) But I have been talking with Duncan for over a year and I have high confidence in his abilities and services. He was referred to me by Kelly.

We always expected to have Kelly hunt with us. His original plan was to fly over to Duncan's place (hundreds of miles away) and hunt with us. It just didn't work out.

Kelly's place is near prime trophy bear country. Our hunt is in a great area, but not quite what Kelly's got going on. This hunt was a bit more afforadable for us. Here is a link to the site of our outfitter-
